George’s Goats for Grammas

There will be a team competition and kids race.
Location: Start/Finish by the Community Parking Lot on 1st street.
Course: 5 mile, 5km, and 2 km courses, 1 aid station on the 5-mile & 5-km courses. Some road, railroad grade, and a little trail. 2 km all on road. RAIN OR SHINE
Race day registration and bib pick up at the parking area by the firehall from 8-9:30AM

Purpose: We hope to provide funds to purchase a walking tractor in Busia, Uganda to grow food for the Noah’s Ark Orphanage. At the New Life Community Center in Kisii, Kenya we hope to provide funds for a rec room (ping pong, pool, air hockey, & foosball) where we helped with a trade school and gave 4 orphans a home. In past years you helped the Gambians with teacher housing and tree protection where deforestation is a real problem. George’s Goats has also helped provide 2000 goats, seed, food, blankets, shirts, gristmill, 5 water wells in Zambia, and 1 water holding tank in Uganda.
