Cable Campground

Two Lakes National Forest Campground is a public campground located on the north end of Lake Owen and Bass Lake in the town of Drummond. Two Lakes offers camping for larger groups with over 94 spacious sites and can accommodate RV trailers in drive through sites. Solar water pumps and hand pumps are available to guests to fill water tanks, although no electricity is offered at the camping sites. The campground offers two swimming areas, boat launches, a fishing pier on Bass Lake, and an interpretive hiking trail around Bass Lake. Canoe and paddle boat rentals are available for a small fee for the day through the campground hosts. Campsite reservations can be made up to four days before arrival, or else sites are available on a first come first serve basis.
Season: Typically open from the first weekend in May until the end of October. Campsite reservations can be made at recreation.gov during peak season, or sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Directions: From Cable drive north 9.3 miles to Lake Owen Dr. Turn right (southeast) on Lake Owen Dr and proceed 5.6 miles to Twin Lakes Campground. Turn right (west) at the campground sign and drive 0.6 miles to the campground entrance.
