Activity Planning - Make a note and ask each member of your family what they would like to do on vacation. Make sure you include each activity request to plan a vacation everyone will sure to enjoy. Toys - Bring along a variety of interesting objects and toys. Soft toys that can be strapped to a car seat are best for infants and toddlers. Toys that will not get lost or broken if dropped. Art - the older children will enjoy drawing, coloring or crafty things to do. Paper, crayons, washable markers, mess-free art products in a small box, tote, or lunch box style case for easy traveling and cleanup. Scrapbooking - organizing post cards, brochures, items from your trip that can be flattened and put into a scrapbook or photo album for a vacation memory book Photos - Buy the children a disposable camera to take pictures during your vacation or visit.
