4th of July Annual Celebration

The Cable Area celebrates our independence in grand style, with one of the best 4th of July parades in the Northland. Hosted by the Cable Area Lions Club and the Cable Area Chamber of Commerce, festivities run all day including a red, white and blue pancake breakfast, a run/walk fundraiser for C.A.R.E., huge parade complete with clowns, floats, fire trucks, antique cars and boats, and a kiddie parade. The festivities continue at the town park with pies, ice cream, festival foods and games. The day is finished off with several firework displays throughout the area at dusk.
