Electro-Shocking Science

July 26, 2017
Just how do scientists study fish in our area lakes and rivers? Naturalists of all ages can join Fisheries Biologists from the Wisconsin DNR to learn about a research method called electro-shocking used to survey fish populations. Be prepared to get wet! Bring your own hip waders, or just wear sturdy old shoes. Meet at the Cable Natural History Museum at 1:00 p.m. and return by 3:00 p.m.  Please register online at by July 25 for this free program.
